KENT Autosoft 25L is a floor-standing automatic water softener for the whole house. Its 25-litre ion-exchange resin replaces the calcium and magnesium that cause hard water, and a microprocessor runs a 5-step regeneration on the day and time you set – so showers, heaters, washing machines and taps get soft water without any manual work.

About the KENT Autosoft 25L in the UAE
Hard water in UAE homes
Water in many UAE villas and buildings leaves white scale on taps, showers and kettles, and can feel harsh on skin and hair. A whole-house softener removes the hardness minerals that cause scale before water reaches any tap.
Who it is best for
The Autosoft 25L suits medium to large homes – villas and big apartments with several bathrooms – and small commercial spaces. It softens around 1,000–1,500 litres a day before regenerating. For smaller flats KENT also makes an 8 L model, and for very large villas 40 L and 100 L models; we confirm the right size after checking your water hardness.
Installation and service in the UAE
Our technicians install the Autosoft 25L at the main water inlet or on the roof near the tank, add a bypass valve, set the regeneration day and time on the LCD panel and show you how to refill the salt (about 4 kg of common salt). Does a water softener make water safe to drink?
No. A softener reduces hardness for bathing, laundry and appliances. For drinking water, use a purifier such as an RO model in the kitchen.
How much salt does the KENT Autosoft 25L need?
About 4 kg of common salt per refill. How often you refill depends on your water hardness and daily use – our team sets this up for you.
Can it be installed on the roof?
Yes. It can be placed indoors near the main inlet or on the roof near the water tank, as long as there is a power point and drain.
